Arrived early and checked in at shippers office. Told to back trailer at door and uncouple while they live load it. Was handed a pager to notify me when complete. 2hrs pass so I went in and seen dock door closed. Was told waiting on paper work. 20mins pass I go back outside. My trailer that i was still hooked to in the system was gone. She gave my live load I waited 2 hrs for to a driver that just arrived no wait. I went inside and politely asked about my trailer and what was the truck number of drv. That had my load.? She got hot and said she don't take truck numbers. ?? Wtf? My Dr leader. need to know to fix it. She was as rude as you can get. Like she was beyond answering any questions I had. ? Can't read her name but she is a skinny black lady I think initials r MM. I talked to her on 4 different occasions checking on my trailer at dock 19. I tried to explain that I am assigned trailer in the system and need to know other drivers info to contact him to check and make right. They need to evaluate this employee and her customer service skills. No need to acting like I am bothering her while she sits behind the window yelling at me. Almost 3.5 hours before I pulled from the dock. Thank God walmartshe close or I'd be sitting on side of the road in rural Alabama.
Truck drivers should enter from Co Rd 418 (Central Road) to Co Rd 416. The north part of Co Rd 416 is a "no truck route" off of Co Rd 80. FYI
